GRCHC Mobile Clinic
The mobile clinic is intended to address non-emergent
needs of individuals experiencing homelessness
who have limited access to other services
The Mobile Clinic visits a variety of locations across Brantford every week.
GRCHC Outreach Station
Monday-Friday 9 am to 4 pm Drop-by the front doors at GRCHC (363 Colborne Street, Brantford ON) to pick-up snacks, drinks, naloxone and other essential items!

Participation Support Services - Supportive Housing
For individuals with physical disabilities & complex care needs. Personal Support Workers on site 24/7 to provide assistance with activities of daily living

The SADV program is for people who have experienced sexual and/or domestic (intimate partner) violence.

Station House
Station House offers a safe place to stay and a structured environment for young people between 15 to 17 years of age
Cornerstone
Cornerstone House offers two separate programs, a 10-bed shelter and a Transitional Housing Program. For people between 18 and 29 years of age
Gender Affirming Care
Gender Affirming Clinic
Offers services to individuals (18+) with issues related to gender identity and expression, including gender expansive, trans and non-binary identities

The Brantford Food Bank intake office is open to serve those in need of an emergency food kit every Tuesday-Friday by appointment only
Soup for the Soul
Soup for the Soul gives all people the opportunity to a free, nutritious meal and social support services

The Blessing Centre is a Community Food program that offers free daily takeout meals and grocery services

The BBSOS program is part of a harm reduction approach to care, and is focused on supporting clients to reach their own goals. Participants must qualify.
