BDOT provides outreach supports and harm reduction supplies within the Brantford downtown community

Shelter Health Clinics

This program is focused on providing primary care for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

Soar Community Services

Provides our community with support in the areas of Employment, Housing, Justice, and Addictions and Mental Health

GRCHC Mobile Clinic

The mobile clinic is intended to address non-emergent
needs of individuals experiencing homelessness
who have limited access to other services

The Mobile Clinic visits a variety of locations across Brantford every week

GRCHC Outreach Station

Monday-Friday 9 am to 4 pm Drop-by the front doors at GRCHC (363 Colborne Street, Brantford ON) to pick-up snacks, drinks, naloxone and other essential items!

In April 2021, community partners participated in Brantford-Brant’s Point-in-Time Homeless count and survey.

Participation Support Services - Supportive Housing

For individuals with physical disabilities & complex care needs.  Personal Support Workers on site 24/7 to provide assistance with activities of daily living

Margot's Place

Margot's Place is an inclusive non-profit program providing support and services to moms in the Brantford area.

BCHS Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence (SADV) Care Team

The SADV program is for people who have experienced sexual and/or domestic (intimate partner) violence.

Station House

Station House offers a safe place to stay and a structured environment for young people between 15 to 17 years of age

Cornerstone

Cornerstone House offers two separate programs, a 10-bed shelter and a Transitional Housing Program. For people between 18 and 29 years of age

Gender Affirming Care

Gender Affirming Clinic

Offers services to individuals (18+) with issues related to gender identity and expression, including gender expansive, trans and non-binary identities
